Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory lung disease, and its treatment still controversial. Statins have been proven to anti-inflammatory immunomodulatory effects, but their effectiveness in the of COPD unclear. We conducted this meta-analysis more accurately evaluate therapeutic effect statins on patients.
